Bridge Upgrade for Swansea Bridge
About the Project
In the instance of the Swansea Bridge project, we successfully implemented a range of essential functionalities. First, the traffic lights transition to red, effectively halting traffic flow. Concurrently, the gate barrier is lowered, a critical step for both vehicular and pedestrian safety. Subsequently, the pins securing the bridge in place retract.
Following this, the hydraulic motors are activated to raise the bridge, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Once the bridge is securely elevated, the pins are engaged once more, guaranteeing its stability and preventing any potential hazards to passing yachts. To facilitate the passage of boats entering or exiting Lake Macquarie, the traffic lights are adjusted accordingly.
Finally, the entire process is reversed to reinstate normal traffic flow, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced safety for the Swansea Bridge project.
